As the name might suggests I’m into kitsch (although not necessarily the negative elements) and, importantly, very much into contemporary. So I do like to delve into what used to be baked in the past. Even though the preference is in the idea of tweaking those to not only bring them up to date but, I’m hoping, to produce a product that is healthier – if a cake can be considered healthy!
Avid home cook & food developer. Trained as a chef in British & French cuisines – but don’t let that scare you! As I’m definitely not a food snob in any way.
